He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics, followed by an MBA in Financial Engineering. His graduate thesis, Pricing Models for Interest Rate Derivatives, was honored with the Rotman Award for Best Finance Paper of the Year. During his time at Rotman, Mr. Billings served as President of the Finance Association, where he spearheaded alumni engagement initiatives between the University of Toronto and Wall Street. Mr. Billings’ edge in the capital markets stems from his deep local expertise paired with operational infrastructure across continental European markets. Looking ahead, he intend to launch a large, online WhatsApp group focused on trading strategy a collaborative effort designed to foster mutual success and promote the reputation of TD Securities Washington.
